The Chinantlan Association has collaborative relationships, exchange and coordination of activities with local institutions (including the mayor’s office and the ministries) and NGOs based in Chinandega. Currently we are running a program of institutional strengthening with the Federation of Local Development Organizations; FODEL. A total of 18 organizations that are located in different municipalities of Nicaragua, form the network and carry out the guidelines of this program. We have the cooperation of the National Council of Twinning of the Netherlands - Nicaragua and the mayors of cities in the Netherlands.
