Chinantlan Association has divided its organization into three major components:

The General Assembly

The General Assembly is the highest authority and has, amongst other things, the responsibility to take the final decision on the organization, programs and projects, financial statements, budgets, regulations, reports, election of Board of Directors and approval of the Annual Plan of work of the Association. Currently the general assembly consists of 22 members, all citizens of Chinandega.

The Board is responsible for general management of Chinantlan Association consists of the following members:

The General Coordinator

The General Coordination is the responsibility of Javier Espinosa. He manages the departments working on projects. He does this along with the operational team.
