Cultural exchange between Chinandega and citizens of another country’s sister cities is one of our most efficient tools to get closer to our mission. An important element in this connection is the arrival of young professionals and non-professionals who work voluntarily in social development projects in the city of Chinandega. In Chinandega we learn about the culture of European citizens, elements such as educational and cultural development, learning two or more languages, their vision and interpretation of the world, their development of human and material conditions of life, the intensity and the utilization of human and material resources. Volunteers interested in working in Chinandega learn to live together in an environment of basic material conditions of life, to know another way of life based on the present and the feeling of living in a world with no conditions attached to the best advantage. It is most important to feel the joy of life in a positive emotional state.
