 We are a promoter of economic development with the mission to encourage and facilitate socio-economic processes which lead to improving the living conditions of the population of Chinandega, particularly for the most vulnerable groups. Our vision is to be a local organization and the facilitator of technical accessories. We also want to coordinate interaction between society and municipal and national government institutions, as well as between society and national and international non-governmental organizations. In this way we want to contribute to the development of Chinandega.
